In Memory of Olivia Newton-John

It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of Dame Olivia Newton-John alongside the rest of the world. We now look back and reflect on what an honour it was to interpret her vision and work with her team to create a brand that could mean so much to so many people.

Olivia’s vision of creating a world class cancer and wellness centre which offered a holistic range of treatments quickly came to life as she raised the funds needed to build the centre at the Austin Hospital in Heidelberg. 

After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 1992, Olivia Newton-John made a commitment to support other cancer patients in their journey. Championing her vision for complete wellness, the Olivia Newton-John Cancer & Wellness Centre opened in 2012, offering world class clinical care and the latest technology, underpinned by a philosophy of focusing on the whole person – mind, body and spirit. 

Olivia’s generosity, passion, support and commitment to her advocacy helped to change the lives of thousands of people affected by cancer. She completely changed the way we look at cancer with a holistic approach.  

The Olivia Newton-John Cancer & Wellness Centre brand is something that the team at Davidson Branding are incredibly proud and privileged to have worked on.  

We will continue to admire her resilience, determination and passion for supporting others.
