Beulah International, a leading property developer, renowned for creating transformation spaces and experiences, acquired a prime site in the heart of Brunswick.

Through a vision to harmonise modern living with environmental consciousness, Beulah set out to create the first heritage townhome community to implement circular living in Brunswick.

The eco-conscious project aims at achieving carbon neutrality while embracing nature-inspired design principles and utilising ecologically sustainable materials. Beulah wanted the development to be perceived as an oasis where the past is respectfully preserved, and the future of sustainable living is redefined.

Through extensive research and strategic planning, we developed compelling brand positioning and crafted a brand identity that paid homage to the area’s rich history whilst capturing cutting-edge innovation. The name ‘ Brunswick Established’ was born alongside the positioning statement “Where past is preserved and the future reframed.” The brand identity was implemented across various touch points, including a sales brochure, detailed floor plans, a display suite, lifestyle photography, video and captivating signage.
